Physical booked! Nervous


I have booked a physical for 10/09 to go over bloodwork and everything else. My badge isnt accurate.... I have had slip ups... and a few 3 day benders over the past 3 months but have been dry for the most part. I'm hoping my bloodwork comes back good. I'm praying. Either ways I'm improving. I am in a much more consistent state of health than i have been in a long time. Sure I've slipped up.. but I am finding that cravings aren't there anymore.What worked for you guys to help boost ur health before a physical?I've been running. Eating fruits like grapefruit and blueberries. Lots of salads. Less meat. I have 2 cups of coffee each day, black.
