Covid-19 App on GitHub?

Several days ago I read an article where an official dismissed people's concerns about privacy with regard to the Covid-19 app developed for Guam as "spite". Privacy does matter to me, but I'm lazy, so it took me awhile to follow up on the app.Following the links from the Public Health website, I found the listing for the app on Google Play. It wasn't clear from there whether the app was open source or not. It did say that it had been developed on an open source platform. The developer was listed as PathCheck Foundation.I did a search and found their page. They say they are a non-profit organization. They do have a link to their GitHub page on their website. There is a fair amount of code up there. But, nothing specific for the Guam app. On the GitHub site they talk about using GPS as a tracking method. On their website they talk about Bluetooth. So, it's not clear what they actually use in the Guam app. And, without a direct link to the code for the Guam app it's impossible to review the code to determine whether it may track people in ways that compromise their privacy whether it's GPS, Bluetooth, or something else.I realize I may be missing the link to the code. If I am, and you happen to know the link, please post it in a reply here. Thanks. via /r/guam https://ift.tt/3jml5l7
