Rain of arrows and attack damage leech?

Can rain of arrows NOT leech life through attack damage?"Blood Drinker"/"Vitality Void" = % of attack damage leeched as life does nothing at all for me.I am not converting damage.Its mostly physical.But I can go get hit, loose some life. and if I take off my "life on hit" gear I regain no health from hitting mobs with rain of arrows even with 2 Leech nodes taken.​The fucking gem litterly says attack on it. via /r/pathofexile https://ift.tt/3191TRp
