Hey folks, new to this subreddit. I’m a male 25 and I feel like all the advice out there is how to help them cope and I feel I’ve been really successful in helping my wife (25) with her depression and anxiety, but I am wondering if anyone has any coping mechanisms that I can use to better my mental, emotional and physical health while dealing with her. I would never leave her and it’s not that she doesn’t appreciate the things I do or say, but there are always going to be thankless nights. I just struggle daily and I just want to try to make it without being as drained as I have been. via /r/Marriage https://ift.tt/2SEAToe
