Therapists are all booked for weeks. I need help...

I really need help. My mental health is shit. I don’t have anyone to talk to in my personal life and I’m trying to get into therapy. Every therapist I’ve called, all said they’re booked for 6-8 weeks. It’s so frustrating! via /r/depression https://ift.tt/3dIBQ8U
