Urge to reinstall

Greetings!I have never in my life felt addicted to gaming because I have never tried staying away from it and i have never had a huge urge to play.Recently I have had alot of mental health issues IRL and i felt that videogames fed into it and increased stress etc. I uninstalled The Witcher 3 a game I love and ever since I have had strong urges to reinstall and start playing again even if it effects me extremly badly.I am feeling like a smoker without ciggaretes. I want to uninstall all my games but I think it would give me a mental breakdown.Will the urges go away or how should i handle it, since i really can't keep playing games. via /r/StopGaming https://ift.tt/3jaKduN
