I have a panic disorder, plain and simple. I worked at Target a long while ago once in a blue moon (this can be verified in my post history) however I basically had a very bad mental breakdown because of the stress of the job, and I bailed and was in the hospital and went on medication and blah blah.Fast forward, I’m back at Target, applied as part time, but my ETL has me scheduled everyday except the day that the store is mandatorily closed on Sundays. I’m doing school right now on top of this. I’m not sure what to say because I’m still in the probation period, and I don’t want them to drop me because of the fact that I can’t necessarily work every single day. I understand they need bodies right now, but I need my mental health. I did apply as open availability, but part time.I don’t know what to do, honestly. Everyone is already constantly telling me to never talk to my ETL because of how insanely busy they are, even HR. But the dude is the one who makes the schedule, so like???????????????tl;dr: I have a panic disorder that’s triggered by stress. I’m in school plus basically working full time at Target. Want to reduce hours. Afraid they will fire me after 90 days because I can’t work. HR says it’ll be okay. Everyone else says don’t talk to your ETL because they’re super busy. I need the job. pls help :-). via /r/Target https://ift.tt/3nfLHHi
